Join me Saturday, July 31, 2021 at the National Basketry Organization’s Virtually Woven 2021 from 9:00 - 10:30 a.m. (PST) as I join fellow panelists David Paul Bacharach, Christine Clark and Barbara DePirro for a presentation and discussion entitled Material Celebration.
Collaboration project with Valentino des Atelier for the Pierpaolo Piccioli, Creative Director of Valentino House of Fashion, for their Fall/Winter 2021/2022 Haute Couture Collection.

Another iteration of Hooked on Svelte will be on exhibit at the University of Nebraska in Omaha from Friday, October 6 through November 9, 2017.
An all new installation of Hooked on Svelte will be included in the group exhibition, Material as Metaphor at the Craft & Folk Art Museum in Los Angeles, CA. The installation will include ten new hand-wrapped fiber sculptures. The exhibition will be on display from May 28 through August 20, 2017.

New works from "Hooked on Svelte", my continuing series of hand-wrapped fiber sculptures, will be featured in the upcoming exhibit Suspended! at the Kalamazoo Institute of Arts in Michigan, December through March. Stay tuned for more details.
A new commission at the historic Desmond Building in Downtown L.A.
Eight custom, hand-wrapped hanging fiber pieces have been commissioned for the multimillion dollar renovation of the historic Desmond Building in Downtown Los Angeles. Installation of the grouping is expected to be completed by early September.

Opening reception: May 8th, 6-8pm
A new smaller version of the hanging fiber sculptures from the continuing series, Hooked on Svelte is now available. The originals are all about 7' in length, but the new mini versions will all be 4' - 4 1/2' in length. Dozens of sample colors and color combinations are available upon request.
I have accepted my second artist residency at the beautiful Brush Creek Ranch Foundation for the Arts in Saratoga, Wyoming. For more information about Brush Creek Ranch check out the following link:

A national group exhibition, State of the Art: Discovering American Art Now at the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art. Five of my hanging fiber sculptures from my continuing series Hooked on Svelte will be featured in this ambitious exhibition featuring over 200 works of art from 102 artists selected from throughout the country.
**Opening August 22 and showing through November 22:
"Hooked on Svelte" at the Jessie Wilbur Gallery in the Emerson Center for the Arts and Culture, Bozeman, Montana. I will also be exhibiting a collection of Acrylic Wall Art in the lobby.
